Associate Director of Biostatistics

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Biostatistics - MedTech Surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of statisticians, ensuring expert statistical capabilities
• Develop and maintain global processes for Biostatistics in compliance with regulations
• Provide statistical direction for study design, protocol development, and project management

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics or related field required; PhD strongly preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in clinical research within the Medical Device and/or Pharmaceuticals sector
• At least 3+ years of experience managing direct report FTEs
• Experience interacting with regulatory agencies
• Proficient in SAS and R/Python programming
