Job Summary

To shape engagement strategies for university partners, the full-time Associate Director of Brand Strategy will manage brand and messaging strategy, lifecycle communications, content strategy, and student experience design in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Contribute to strategic practice areas, supporting the development and maintenance of frameworks while executing against shared strategies
  • Engage with university partners to provide strategic insights, support program launches, and facilitate discovery sessions
  • Lead the design of cross-channel lifecycle communications and oversee journey mapping processes to enhance the student recruitment experience
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, content strategy, or engagement communications, preferably in higher education
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple practice areas with strategic depth in at least one
  • Working understanding of cross-channel lifecycle communications and the student recruitment journey
  • Experience in partner-facing strategy sessions or workshops
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to strategic decisions
