• Bachelor's degree with seven years of analytic experience or Master's degree with five years of experience
• Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques and customer identification/segmentation
• Experience in conducting digital analytics and analyzing campaigns
• Proficiency in R/Python, SAS, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
