Job Summary
To drive growth within the pharma and biotech sectors, the full-time remote Associate Director of Business Development will identify strategic opportunities, develop sales growth strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers in the U.S. market.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales growth strategies to secure new and existing clients
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and align clinical software solutions with customer needs
- Lead RFP responses, client prospecting, negotiations, and sales initiatives while collaborating with internal teams
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Life Sciences industry
- Strong business acumen and networking expertise to build and sustain long-term customer relationships
- Proven track record of driving growth and inspiring teams and customers
- Proficient in planning, forecasting, and pipeline development
- Exceptional presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
