Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of high-performing analysts with subject matter expertise
• Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business workflows and propose KPIs and reporting tools
• Build, test, and iterate on automation tools while promoting their use across the data team

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing analysts
• 6+ years of experience developing metrics and performing analyses
• 6+ years of experience with Business Intelligence platforms, preferably Looker
• Strong SQL skills and expertise in advanced SQL concepts
• Experience working with claims or utilization management data in a Medicare Advantage plan
