Job Summary

Managing the claim and appeal operations, the full-time Associate Director of Business Process will oversee administrative intake, coordinate service requests, and manage the referral process in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage administrative intake of members and coordinate requests for services from clinics and providers
  • Oversee the referral process, including the processing of incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations
  • Handle inquiries and resolutions from members and providers while maintaining accurate patient records
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical office position, including scheduling and insurance verification
  • 1+ years of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
