Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Business Systems Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to ensure requirements meet stakeholder needs
• Manage communication and follow-up throughout the agile feature development process
• Lead a team focused on data management, governance, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership experience with direct reports
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data management or data modeling
• At least 2 years of experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
• Experience implementing data governance policies and processes
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred
