Job Summary

To advance the mission of the American Cancer Society, the full-time remote Associate Director of Cancer Partnerships will manage strategic partnerships with cancer care organizations, implement pillar priorities, and drive coordinated patient-centered care models while influencing policies and strategies to improve health outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with NCI-designated cancer centers and integrated delivery systems to advance organizational priorities
  • Lead the implementation of pillar priorities across cancer centers, ensuring alignment with objectives and measurable outcomes
  • Mobilize stakeholders and influence policy by convening healthcare leaders and promoting evidence-based strategies for systemic change
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in public health, health administration, healthcare, nonprofit management, or equivalent; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare-related or nonprofit management, with a focus on relationship development and volunteer mobilization
  • Extensive experience in cultivating relationships with health systems and community organizations to promote cancer awareness
  • Skilled in designing outcome-based interventions and conducting evaluations for measurable impact
  • Ability to interpret health center data and cancer statistics to inform strategic decisions
