Associate Director of Cancer Partnerships

Job Summary

To advance the mission of ending cancer, the full-time remote Associate Director of Cancer Partnerships will manage strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, implement pillar priorities, and mobilize stakeholders to enhance patient-centered cancer care.

Key responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with NCI-designated cancer centers and other healthcare institutions to improve cancer care
• Lead the implementation of organizational pillar priorities, ensuring alignment and measurable outcomes in access and equity
• Integrate ACS pillars through strategic account management and collaborative engagement to enhance quality and reduce fragmentation in care

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in public health, health administration, healthcare, nonprofit management, or equivalent; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare-related or nonprofit management, with a focus on relationship development and volunteer mobilization
• Extensive experience in cultivating relationships with health systems and community organizations
• Strong ability to design outcome-based interventions and conduct evaluations for measurable impact
• Demonstrated experience with program planning and implementation at state and community levels
