Associate Director of Cancer Partnerships

Job Summary

To advance the mission of the American Cancer Society through impactful collaborations, the full-time remote Associate Director of Cancer Partnerships will manage strategic relationships with cancer care providers, implement organizational priorities, and drive improvements in patient-centered care.

Key responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with cancer centers and healthcare systems to enhance cancer care
• Lead the implementation of organizational priorities, ensuring alignment with goals and measurable outcomes
• Mobilize stakeholders and influence policy to promote evidence-based strategies and best practices

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, healthcare, nonprofit management, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare-related or nonprofit management, with a focus on relationship development
• Extensive experience in cultivating relationships with health systems and community organizations
• Proven ability to design outcome-based interventions and evaluate their impact
• Strong understanding of cancer statistics and chronic disease trends to inform strategic decisions
