Associate Director of Care Partnerships

Job Summary

To lead the origination and execution of high-complexity partnerships that expand care models, the full-time remote Associate Director of Care Partnerships will manage the full partnership lifecycle while collaborating cross-functionally to adapt offerings for new institutional verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead outbound business development efforts to engage prospective partners across targeted domestic verticals
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new partner categories, navigating complex procurement and compliance processes
• Build and manage a robust pipeline across multiple verticals, advancing opportunities from early engagement through contract execution

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partnership development, or business development within healthcare or related fields
• Demonstrated success in originating and closing complex deals with long sales cycles
• Experience navigating procurement and compliance processes within large institutional organizations
• Proven ability to maintain senior-level relationships over extended timelines
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience in adapting products or processes for new partner requirements
