Associate Director of Client Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Client Delivery in Clinical Research - Central Labs Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the project management team
• Ensure integration of project management services and resource allocation for project plans
• Drive continuous improvement and identify business growth opportunities within the team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, preferably managing teams of 20 or more
• 4-year degree in a relevant field
• Experience in clinical trials or central laboratory settings in a leadership role
• Regulatory experience (GXP) is required
• MBA or master's degree is preferred
