A company is looking for an Associate Director, Client Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic financial business partner to client teams and finance leadership, influencing financial management and decision-making
• Oversee financial reporting, budget planning, and revenue management, ensuring accurate month-end close processes
• Manage and develop a team, providing feedback and fostering a positive team culture while promoting cross-collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred
• 7-10+ years of experience, with at least 6 years in an agency setting
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
• Experience with financial systems such as Anaplan and Netsuite
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
