Associate Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Client Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure resource management plan aligns with pricing and staffing plans, including staff plan reconciliation
• Manage daily operations for globally sourced employee populations in India and Argentina
• Compile and analyze resource management reports and maintain data accuracy of the Resource Allocation Plan

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an Operations, Finance, or Resource Management role
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools within Excel, such as PivotTables and Pivot Charts
• Ability to manage several concurrent projects
• Understanding of the importance of strict internal controls
• Ability to identify financial risks in commercial arrangements
