Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Associate Director of Client Partnerships will manage onboarding projects, support nonprofit clients in feasibility studies and development assessments, and serve as a consultative liaison between clients and the CCS team.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a project manager and strategic partner to nonprofit clients during initial project phases
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects, prioritizing tasks and communicating proactively with team members
  • Lead the design and facilitation of initial planning calls and develop foundational materials for engagements
Required qualifications
  • Minimum three to four years' experience in a related field
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint; additional data analytics and graphic design skills are a plus
