Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Associate Director of Client Partnerships will manage onboarding projects, support nonprofit clients in feasibility studies and development assessments, and serve as a consultative liaison between clients and the CCS team.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a project manager and strategic partner to nonprofit clients during initial project phases
- Manage multiple onboarding projects, prioritizing tasks and communicating proactively with team members
- Lead the design and facilitation of initial planning calls and develop foundational materials for engagements
Required qualifications
- Minimum three to four years' experience in a related field
- A bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint; additional data analytics and graphic design skills are a plus
