Associate Director of Client Partnerships

Job Summary

To support a growing client portfolio, the full-time remote Associate Director of Client Partnerships will manage client relationships, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure high client satisfaction while working East Coast business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual strategies in partnership with senior clients and hold recurring meetings to drive business growth
• Forecast and monitor client revenue and profitability, managing budgets and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work and contribute to the creative process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client servicing roles within an agency environment
• Proven experience managing large clients and complex campaigns, including organic and paid social
• Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on strategy development
• Experience in budget management and campaign content production
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively
