Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Project Management team and ensure efficient operation of client pods
• Consult with clients on eDiscovery best practices and manage project communications
• Delegate tasks, manage project schedules, and ensure completion of key project documentation

Required Qualifications

• Degree in a related discipline
• At least six years of eDiscovery project management experience
• Minimum of two years leading an eDiscovery team on large-scale global matters
• Experience in eDiscovery commercial management and budget oversight
• Relativity experience and accreditation preferred
