Job Summary
Driving the evolution of customer loyalty programs, the full-time Associate Director of Client Services will manage client relationships, develop loyalty strategies, and leverage data insights to enhance customer experiences while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage loyalty program development and strategy to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
- Analyze customer data and insights to refine loyalty offerings and ensure alignment with business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and integration of loyalty programs, including managing fulfillment partners
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer loyalty roles
- Experience within the financial services industry, particularly with banks or credit unions
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Knowledge of CRM software and loyalty program platforms
