Job Summary
Managing complex client relationships, the full-time remote Associate Director of Client Success will oversee the Client Success team, ensuring exceptional client delivery, driving renewals and retention, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign management and operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve internal processes and client delivery
- Oversee post-sale campaign management for high-visibility accounts, ensuring quality and alignment with client objectives
- Mentor and develop Client Success Managers while fostering a culture of operational excellence and high standards
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in account management, preferably in the digital media/news industry
- 2+ years of experience managing an account management or revenue team
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- Prior experience in account management, customer support, media planning, digital marketing, or ad operations
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
