Associate Director of Climate Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Programs to lead climate finance and policy initiatives in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of climate finance initiatives and projects across Indonesia and Southeast Asia
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international stakeholders, representing the organization at climate finance events
• Oversee internal team management and support the growth of a high-performing team in the Jakarta office

Required Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in Finance, Public Policy, or a related field, or equivalent experience; Ph.D. is desirable
• 12+ years of senior experience in climate finance, consulting, or related fields
• Understanding of local laws and financial landscape, with experience advising governments or financial institutions
• Experience in building or scaling programs and teams in new geographies
• Fluency in English and Bahasa
