Associate Director of Clinical Operations
Job Summary
Leading clinical operations strategy and execution, the full-time remote Associate Director of Clinical Operations will oversee clinical trial management, site monitoring, and operational activities while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in the clinical research organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide oversight of clinical operations activities, including trial management and monitoring
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resources across clinical development programs
- Support quality management initiatives, including CAPAs, KPI tracking, and audit preparation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry
- At least 6 years of project management or clinical operations leadership experience
- Hands-on experience in clinical operations, site monitoring, and clinical trial management
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP, and ICH guidelines
