Associate Director of Clinical Supplies

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Clinical Supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast Investigational Product supply requirements and manage logistics, packaging, labeling, and distribution for clinical trials
• Oversee vendor performance and manage relationships with external partners including CMOs, CROs, and study sites
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and support documentation for regulatory inspections

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 8 years of industry experience within pharma or biotech, with at least 5 years in clinical supply management
• Experience in clinical supply planning and logistics for multi-center, blinded global studies
• Knowledge of cGMP, GCP, and GDP regulations
• Experience with import/export policies and IRT/RTSM systems
