Associate Director of Clinical Supplies

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of clinical supply operations, the full-time Associate Director of Clinical Supplies will ensure timely availability of investigational products while managing vendor relationships and compliance with regulatory requirements in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for clinical supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, and distribution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply activities with study timelines and objectives
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with documentation and quality assurance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with 8+ years in global clinical supply chain roles
• Strong background in regulatory compliance and quality systems (FDA, ICH, GxP)
• Proficiency in forecasting, procurement, and vendor management
• Familiarity with clinical trial logistics and IRT supply management
