A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinician Network to lead the strategic growth and operations of a global clinician network.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, training, and quality assurance for clinician consultants involved in clinical trials
• Manage operations, strategic planning, and implementation of processes to enhance service delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, data quality, and efficient study delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of clinical trials operations experience in a Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or CRO environment
• BA/BS degree; relevant Master's degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of neuropsychological assessment tools
• Proficiency with MS products and database management systems
• Experience in managing mid to large size teams in a regulated clinical research environment
