Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinician Network to lead the strategic growth and operations of a global clinician network.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, training, and quality assurance for clinician consultants involved in clinical trials
- Manage operations, strategic planning, and implementation of processes to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, data quality, and efficient study delivery
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of clinical trials operations experience in a Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or CRO environment
- BA/BS degree; relevant Master's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of neuropsychological assessment tools
- Proficiency with MS products and database management systems
- Experience in managing mid to large size teams in a regulated clinical research environment
