Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Demonstrated experience managing full-time staff, ideally teams of 5 or more
• Ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and guide operational strategies
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cohorts and timelines effectively
• Experience in navigating ambiguity and guiding teams through change
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
