Associate Director of Collaborative Operations

Job Summary

To advance patient access to clinical research, the full-time remote Associate Director of Collaborative Operations will support the development and operationalization of the COHERE strategy, focusing on study planning, strategic feasibility, and enrollment support while collaborating cross-functionally across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the COHERE strategy and operating model
• Integrate patient access considerations into study planning and execution, leveraging data and insights
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with research sites, healthcare institutions, and community organizations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred in relevant fields such as sociology, medicine, or public health
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant clinical research operations experience
• Experience in developing tools and metrics to support clinical trial processes
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder relationships
• Strong background in identifying barriers to patient access and implementing solutions
