• Embed in project planning to identify data needs early across business units
• Own the accuracy and reliability of user-facing data and dashboards
• Lead pacing calls with stakeholders, translating performance data into narratives

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce, focusing on user journey tracking and attribution
• Ability to read, write, and approve technical documentation
• Excellent skills in Looker and Google Sheets for report and dashboard development
• Experience managing and mentoring teams across technical and non-technical tasks
• Demonstrated experience in revenue forecasting and building financial models
