• Drive the AI strategy and implement AI solutions across pricing, promotion optimization, analytics, and sales productivity
• Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale AI use cases while managing an experimentation roadmap
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption and track KPIs for AI-driven value creation

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of commercial AI use cases with a proven ability to drive business impact
• Expertise in AI prompt engineering and workflow automation
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in rapid experimentation and deployment
• Strong background in CPG or eCommerce, with data-driven strategy experience
• Bachelor's degree
