Associate Director of Commercial Operations

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cloud technology and reporting platforms to support analytics and reporting needs
• Support specialty field teams with analytics, training, and inquiry resolution
• Design and manage territory alignments based on customer value and regional patient density

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, or related field
• 8+ years of Sales Operations or Commercial Operations experience in biotech, pharma, or rare disease environments
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and BI tools experience
• Experience supporting specialty or small field sales teams
