Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Commercial Sales to drive success in Mid-Market Accounts across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and refine the regional Go-To-Market strategy for the mid-market segment
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, ensuring effective sales methodologies
  • Own revenue targets and build strong relationships with key customers to drive acquisition and expansion
Qualifications, Skills and Relevant Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a first-line sales leader in the Mid-Market segment
  • 7+ years of experience in account management or sales within the enterprise software infrastructure industry
  • Proven ability to train and coach foundational sales methodologies
  • Demonstrated success in the full sales lifecycle of complex enterprise software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
