Job Summary
To support strategic brand initiatives, the full-time Associate Director of Communications will manage external and internal communications for priority brands, focusing on campaign development, stakeholder engagement, and issues management, while working remotely from anywhere in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute external communication campaigns to educate patients and healthcare professionals on brand value and disease awareness
- Lead strategic communications for regulatory milestones and manage brand-related issues to maintain stakeholder trust
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on brand communications and internal engagement strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Communications, Public Relations, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in communication roles within the pharmaceutical or biopharma sector
- Proven ability to manage projects and align multiple stakeholders effectively
- Experience in planning and executing communication campaigns for regulatory milestones and congresses
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and market dynamics, with a focus on building authentic stakeholder relationships
