Associate Director of Community Engagement

Job Summary

Leading statewide scholarship promotion efforts, the full-time Associate Director of Community Engagement will develop outreach strategies, build community partnerships, and enhance representation from targeted populations while working remotely within Washington state.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement WSOS's statewide scholarship promotion strategy and annual recruitment plan
• Collaborate with peers to create data-informed promotional strategies for priority populations and communities
• Establish success measures, monitor application performance, and adjust strategies as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement and partnership development
• Strong background in outreach and recruitment, particularly in education or scholarship programs
• Proven ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and strategy development
• Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
