A company is looking for an Associate Director of Community Programs to manage and support community initiatives and patient navigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of community program initiatives
• Provide direct support and navigation to patients and care partners
• Manage day-to-day operations of public health campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work, Public Health, or relevant nursing experience
• 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in nonprofit settings
• Preferred experience facilitating support groups
• Experience in public health education and community health issues
• Experience conducting needs assessments and evaluating public health programs
