Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related major
• 12 or more years of global compensation experience within mature international organizations
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or related industries preferred
• Advanced proficiency with market pricing, survey methodology, and data analytics
• Solid understanding of global regulatory environments and pay transparency legislation
