Job Summary

Supporting institutional compliance and continuous improvement initiatives, the full-time Associate Director of Compliance will manage state authorization activities, oversee recordkeeping, and lead project management efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Complete and submit routine state authorization filings and maintain supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with various administrative departments to ensure compliance and enhance operational effectiveness
  • Lead project management efforts for the Office of Continuous Improvement & Institutional Performance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in higher education
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of commonly used education technology tools (e.g., Campus Solutions, Workday, Canvas) is a plus
