Job Summary
Leading key operational and compliance functions across the EMEA region, the full-time Associate Director of Compliance will oversee global employment, payroll, onboarding, and regulatory compliance activities while acting as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee major operations functions in EMEA, including compliance, payroll, and onboarding
- Act as a trusted advisor on global employment and mobility solutions, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations
- Drive process improvement initiatives and provide training to enhance HR compliance knowledge among internal teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, International Business, or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or employment compliance
- Strong knowledge of EMEA employment laws and payroll regulations
- Proven experience managing regional or global operations teams
- Experience in multinational or global workforce solutions environments is preferred
