Associate Director of Consulting

Job Summary

Supporting transformation initiatives for a premier financial services client, the full-time Associate Director of Consulting will manage individual workstreams within a Global Integration Program, oversee organizational process improvements, and facilitate regional integration efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support regional program integration and process improvements as part of the Global Integration Program Team
• Develop high-quality client communications and business cases that connect strategy and analytics to actionable recommendations
• Organize regional meetings, ensuring alignment on inputs, outputs, and follow-ups related to program objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in consulting, real estate, or finance
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and MS Office Suite; experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Strong statistics/research background and prior project execution experience
• Client-service mindset with well-developed communication and presentation skills
