Associate Director of Content Marketing

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Content Marketing (Thought Leadership & Research Focus).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research projects from conception to completion, providing analytical direction throughout the research process
• Engage directly with senior HR and Talent leaders through interviews and roundtables
• Package research into compelling content and propose new channels and formats for sharing insights

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with an excellent academic record
• 5-6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content, or product roles with a strong research focus
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative methods and data analysis tools
• Track record in thought leadership content and storytelling
• Experience working in a team environment, as well as independently and autonomously
