Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of publishing agreements and amendments
• Serve as a key escalation point for complex deal terms within the children's publishing group
• Manage a small team, ensuring accurate contract management and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in publishing contracts and legal agreements, preferably in-house
• Prior supervisory experience of individual contributors required
• Strong knowledge of the contract lifecycle
• Eagerness to explore technological solutions for workflow improvements
• Passion for children's publishing
