Associate Director of Cost Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Cost Management (Data Center).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client communications and manage the Cost & Commercial Management team
• Develop and maintain project budgets, billing, and projections
• Lead staff development through training, coaching, and mentoring

Required Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 6 to 12 years of experience in Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying
• Professional accreditation preferred (e.g., MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE)
• Proven business development skills
• Ability to manage team activities in alignment with organizational goals
