Job Summary

Leading a team of Cost Managers, the full-time Associate Director of Cost Management will oversee the delivery of cost management services across various real estate sectors, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while promoting client engagement and service excellence in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a high-performing cost management team, ensuring accountability and service delivery
  • Conduct research on construction market conditions and produce thought leadership reports
  • Oversee financial management and resource planning for cost management services, including proposal preparation and client communications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying
  • 2+ years of experience managing cost management teams in a consulting environment
  • Proven track record in business development within the construction sector
