Associate Director of Creator Management

Job Summary

Leading the east coast campaign management team, the full-time remote Associate Director of Creator Management will implement strategies and execute influencer marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 clients while building relationships with the influencer community across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns
• Build and execute creator strategies specific to campaigns and refine success metrics
• Liaise between the campaign management team and other key internal groups to ensure client needs are met

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a digital, advertising, or influencer marketing environment
• Experience managing multiple 6 to 7 figure projects in a fast-paced environment
• Established network of managers/agents or influencer contacts
• Knowledge of major social platforms and recent trends in influencer marketing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
