Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of Connected TV and programmatic video initiatives, the full-time Associate Director of CTV & Programmatic will drive new member growth through media planning, buying, and optimization while managing agency partnerships and performance metrics, with the option to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the media strategy for CTV, programmatic video, YouTube, and paid audio, including audience segmentation and budget management
- Manage agency partners to ensure alignment with performance targets and strategic goals across all media channels
- Develop measurement frameworks to connect upper-funnel investments to downstream member acquisition, including various testing methodologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with expertise in CTV, YouTube, and programmatic video
- Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar video media budgets with measurable outcomes
- Extensive hands-on experience with YouTube advertising and CTV/OTT landscape DSPs
- Strong command of video and audio measurement methodologies and experience leading creative testing programs
