Associate Director of Data Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of HCP, Consumer, Identity Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across Identity, Consumer, and HCP Data Management Operations, setting goals and performance expectations
• Oversee operational workflows for data ingestion, transformation, QA, and delivery while ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate product needs into operational requirements and support new solution rollouts

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data management, data operations, data engineering, or related functions
• 4+ years of people leadership experience, managing multiple teams or domains
• Experience with identity data, consumer data, or healthcare data strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of data ingestion, mapping, QC, transformation, and operational SLAs
• Proven track record of building scalable, automated, and compliant data processes
