Associate Director of Data Science

Job Summary

Leading the development and deployment of advanced analytics and digital solutions, the full-time remote Associate Director of Data Science will transform Global Supply Chain operations and establish a digital capability team in India while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI, GenAI, and advanced analytics solutions for Supply Chain operations
• Oversee the development of scalable digital products and analytical applications using complex datasets
• Lead the establishment and scaling of a Global Supply Chain Digital capability team, including governance and delivery processes

Required qualifications

• Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, Associate's degree, or high school diploma with relevant years of experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, Analytics, Data Science, or related fields
• Experience in building and managing global or offshore technical teams
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced analytics
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in Agile teams
• Experience developing data science applications for manufacturing or supply chain operations
