Associate Director of Data Strategies

Job Summary

Leading the strategic processes and operations for Commercial Data & Analytics, the full-time Associate Director of Data Strategies will manage foundational data environments and tools to enhance organizational analytics, working remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and support of new dataset designs, ensuring data quality improvements and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Commercial Data Strategies team, fostering technical and business skills for achieving objectives
• Establish metrics to drive process improvements and maintain strong relationships with IT and commercial operations teams

Required Qualifications:

• BS or BA degree in Business or IT (MBA or MS preferred)
• 5-8+ years of relevant work experience, including prior people management experience
• Experience with data access methodologies for sales analytics and CRM environments
• Strong project/account management skills with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve quality improvements
• Ability to work in a matrix reporting structure and effectively manage multiple initiatives
