Job Summary

Managing research and evaluation consulting projects remotely, the full-time Associate Director of Energy Solutions will lead project teams, develop analytical solutions, and maintain client relationships while ensuring project success and adherence to industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships by identifying needs and developing research and evaluation strategies
• Lead and execute research, evaluation, and advisory projects to ensure client satisfaction
• Design and conduct qualitative research projects, synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• Approximately 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in energy research and evaluation projects
• Demonstrated experience with market transformation programs and building electrification
• Strong qualitative research skills, including conducting interviews and focus groups
• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, engineering, or a related field
• Subject-matter knowledge of building electrification and related market dynamics
