Associate Director of Energy Solutions

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Associate Director of Energy Solutions will manage research and evaluation consulting projects, lead project teams, and develop analytical solutions for clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships by identifying needs, risks, and opportunities while developing research and evaluation strategies
• Lead execution of research, evaluation, and advisory projects to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to project scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research projects, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• Approximately 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in energy research and evaluation projects
• Strong experience in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys and statistical methods
• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, engineering, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead research and evaluation studies from design through delivery
• Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring staff
