Job Summary

Associate Director of Family Care is a full-time position responsible for driving transformation initiatives, optimizing resources, and making data-driven decisions within the Family Care portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive transformation initiatives, ensuring clarity in priorities and data-driven decision-making
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide regular updates to executive stakeholders on progress and risks
• Manage execution of transformation initiatives, optimizing timelines and resource allocation based on business needs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, internal strategy roles, marketing, sales, or finance
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for generating strategic insights
• Experience in project management, including scoping projects and managing teams
• Knowledge of consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail industry dynamics and trends
