Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 9-12 direct reports, providing training, coaching, and supervision to ensure high standards of care
• Oversee family guiding for 300+ adolescent patients, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated interventions and manage change effectively

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a management role
• 3+ years of experience in early-stage startup environments
• Able to work two evenings per week
